China is the largest export market of Vietnamese fruits and vegetables, accounting for nearly 65 per cent of the total fruit and vegetable export value.
Fruit and vegetable exports are expected to reach US$2 billion this
year as more and more countries have opened their door to Vietnamese
fruits and vegetables.
The European Commission (EC) has warned that it will ban the import of
Vietnamese fruits and vegetables if Viet Nam does not comply with EU''s
food standards.
